Recommended plan

Pre-care

Avoid retinoids, exfoliants, and tanning for 5–7 days before.
No tight clothing or workouts right before your visit.
Please arrive with clean, product-free skin.

After-care

Keep area cool and dry for 24 hours; skip hot tubs, saunas, heavy workouts.
No exfoliants or retinoids for 5–7 days.
Use our take-home brightening serum and SPF on exposed areas (inner thigh).

Who should skip (for now)

Active irritation, open cuts, infections, or recent waxing or laser within 24–48 hours.
Pregnancy or breastfeeding: ask us and we’ll tailor a gentler plan.
